Returns and Exchanges
General Information
- All returns and exchanges require the original Skidmore Shop sales receipt.
- All merchandise must be in the original condition, including all the original packaging intact.
- Refunds will be given in the same manner as the payment of the original purchase.
- Returns and exchanges of non-text merchandise will be accepted within 10 days of the purchase date if purchased at the store.
- Online purchases will be accepted within 30 days.
- Art kits, dissecting kits, all metals/silver, welding supplies, and special order items are non-refundable.
- Defective merchandise will be replaced for the same item if returned within 30 days of purchase.
Apple Inc. Information
- All returns and exchanges require the original Skidmore Shop sales receipt.
- All merchandise must be in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all Apple Inc. products.
- Returns and exchanges of all Apple Inc. products will be accepted within 10 days.
- We do not permit returns on Apple gift cards and opened software.
Textbook Returns
All of the above information applies except for the following.
- Textbooks can ONLY be returned during specific period each semester.
- Please see the front of your receipt for the return dates of your purchase.
- This semester dates are: 9/6/12 - 9/14/12
